The McKinney SAR Chapter held its monthly meeting on September 13, 2007 at 7:00 pm at the Steak Kountry Restaurant in McKinney.

Attendees were Mike Radcliff, Wanda White (No Nathan) Pete McLellan, Peter Rowley, Marshall and Sylvia Battle, Lee Battle, Larry Jones, Don and Ann Sielert, Willie and Marilyn Walker, Milton and Jerry Lentz, Ernest Martin, Don Babbs (Transferring from Las Vagas chapter), Terry Box, Collin County Sheriff, Diane Stubbs, Sgt Collin County Sheriff's Department.

President Pete McLellan opened meeting about 7:00 PM.

Chaplain Don Sielert led the invocation.

The Pledges were led by various members.

Treasurer Cecil Coale emailed his report which was read by President McLellan.

Peter Rowley discussed the TXSSAR pins which are on sale for $5.

Mike Radcliff discussed the 1812 soldier grave marking coming up.

Ernest Martin, Marshall Battle and Willie Walker were presented with SAR Supplemental certificates.

President McLellan and Willie Walker discussed the BOM and requested volunteers.

Sheriff Terry Box introduced Sgt. Diane Stubbs.

Sgt. Stubbs told about the Explorer Scout program sponsored by the Sheriff's Department.

Sgt. Stubbs was presented the SAR Law Enforcement Commendation Medal.

Sheriff Box was presented the Chapter Service Medal for the support he has given our chapter.

Chaplain Sielert led the Benediction.

The meeting was adjourned.
