On September 20, 2006 at the U.S. Citizen Naturalization Ceremony, more than 2,000 immigrants became U.S. citizens on Wednesday at the Garland ISD Special Events Center. The Department of Homeland Security presented a Certificate of Appreciation to the Sons of the American Revolution for their outstanding performance in the Naturalization of New Citizens. Mike Radcliff, Plano Chapter of Collin County, had the Privilege to accept the Certificate of Appreciation for the Texas Society of the Son of the American Revolution. Attending were Dan Reed, Richard Arnold and Mike Radcliff.
