On November 18, 2006 the Plano ISD held their Elementary District History Fair for the 4th and 5th grade students at Rice Elementary, PISD, Plano. Ned LaRowe, Drake Peddie, Steve Seachord of the Plano Chapter, Charlene Seachord and DAR Sandi Craig judged Multi Media and Poster Board entries from 42 elementary schools in the Plano ISD for the District History Fair.
