On November 15th members of the John Abston DAR chapter (McKinney) and the McKinney SAR chapter met with McKinney Mayor, the Honorable Bill Whittfield who read a proclamation celebrating Veteran's Day. The McKinney SAR chapter presented the City of McKinney a Flag Certificate at the same meeting.
