(left) Chapter VP Carroll Maxwell presented Major Chuck Ruckel with a Certificate of Appreciation for his discussion of police and fire support in the recent Anna-Westminster tornado disaster. Major Ruckel was a field commander for the Collin County Sheriff's Office during the rescue efforts.

(right) Major Ruckel introduced CCSO Deputy Andrew Hatch, who was designated deputy of the year for his bravery in two fire rescues last year.

Chapter President Willie Walker presented Deputy Hatch with the SAR Law Enforcement appreciation medal.
