The McKinney Chapter held its monthly meeting on January 12, 2006 at the Steak Kountry restaurant in McKinney at 7:00 pm.

Those attending the meeting were: Richard Arnold (Dallas), Ken and Adelle Bell (Dallas), Cecil and Marcia Coale, Don Corben-Smith ( guest speaker),Milton Linz, Peter and Downey McLellan, Jim Edenburg, Bill Kosinger, Carroll and Lynn Maxwell, David Noe, Mike Radcliff (Plano), Peter Rowley (Plano), James and Mae Shaw, Tommy Slay, Eugene Trimble, Willie and Marylin Walker, Nathan and Wanda White.

We ate supper from about 6:20 to 7:08 pm when the meeting was called to order by President Walker.

We said the pledges to the American Flag, Texas Flag and the SAR Flag.

Treasurer Cecil Coale reported approximately $1500 in the chapter bank account. The dues from state have not been received yet.

Mr. Donald Corben-Smith was the evening's speaker. He is vice president of the Scottish Rite Hospital in Dallas.

President Walker led the Recessional and adjourned the meeting at 8:10 pm.
