The North Texas District Rumbaugh Oration Contest was held at the Schimelpfenig Library in Plano on Sunday, February 5. The contestants were Courtney Hodge of McKinney Christian Academy representing the McKinney chapter, Chloe Sikes of Plano Senior High School representing the Plano chapter, and Jordan Innerarity of Tyler representing the Captain William Baron chapter. The winner was Chloe Sikes of Plano. Tom Whitelock of the Dallas chapter presented Chloe a series of new State Quarters representing the "Original 13 Colonies".
